2. Shipping Cost & Estimated Delivery times

In general, we ship to most countries in the world for free with a standard delivery. However special cases (such as express delivery) require you to pay for the fee. The type, quantity, and weight of your package may vary, and as such, cost may vary. Shipping costs also vary depending on your location and desired shipping speed.

3. Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from the China.
Our Order processing is automated, hence, once an Order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

4. Tracking
We offer tracking on every order by default. And a link to follow the journey of your package. All the package can track order here

Please allow 1 – 2 days for the tracking information to show. However sometimes some countries may not offer tracking and unfortunately we have no control over this.

5. VAT & DUTIES
We try our best to ship our orders so you incur no custom charges.

Sometimes however on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable. The customer will be responsible for any fees. Duties are based on the sales tax rate of your country.
